(Querist) 16 June 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hi,

wanted some information on the SRA property.

Can the SRA property now be bought and sold even if it has not completed 10yrs as per the rule set by government.

will the new owner be eligie to have all the rights on the property?

were there any change in the guidelines?

Thank you Ajay Sir!!

i had read a mid day article dated jan 14
which said that the court has given order now to buy or sell the flat under SRA. only consequence is that both the buyer and selled will be debarred from any future property transactions under sra. Can you confirm this.

Also if the POA or NOC made stand valid for the buyer if the house is sold?
