Sold property without consent

we are 2 sisters and 1 brother now my brother has sold our deceased fathers land 5-6 years back without our consent or signatures. he probably has forged it what are our legal options?

pl. check whether there is any forgery in the deed, if it so then you can straightaway file criminal complaint against him, else u can file suit for declaration that the sale transaction is void and illegal.

You can not only file a criminal case but also a civil suit seeking setting aside the sale-deed on that ground against your brother.
