Society maintenance charges

Is society maintenance charges is chargeable to tds? Maintenance charges is charges by the society and the value is not reimburseable type, society is charging on lumpsum basis. The total annual maintenance charges would be Rs.1,12,000/-

Yes.if the property has commercial use then tds has to be deducted.
