A member of the Society is encroaching a piece of land of the common passage of the Society.What action can asociety take
from stopping him.What are the other laws of land from stopping him?

Issue notice to the erring Member to vacate the encroachment. If he fails, u may have to file a regular suit to evict him from the encroached place. If u are a cooperative Society, u may file complaint with Registrar or in the cooperative court.
