What is civil imprisonment? Can arrangements be made in jail by paying money? If yes. So how much rupees have to be paid? (some guesses).

Under simple imprisonment, a person convicted of an offence is to be kept in prison without any hard labour. Such a convicted person is only required to do light duties. Punishment of simple imprisonment is awarded for lighter offences.
