please let me know whether an adult male enetred into a sexual relationship with an adult female(no marital relationship) without the concurrence of their respective spouse is an offence or not.in such case whether the aggreieved spouse is eligible for filing divorce against the other.

Definitely, she can seek divorce on account of adultory on the part of her spouse.

No doubt you have acted contrary to the marital relationships and section 497 ipc,and are liable for punishment as per law once your wife files a case.

Yes the aggrieved spouse can seek divorce on the ground of adultery and also attracts section 497 of ipc for which the accused can be punished for an imprisonment of five years or with fine, or with both.
