you have asked third party information. Without consent of third party, they can't provide.
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 08 October 2011
Dear Ms. Kavita,

The information sought for is not third party information. So the Department can provide the information under RTI.

It is not clear from your post, whether the Department did not provide the information so far (even after expiry of the 30 days time period), or they have replied that they cannot provide the information.

You say you are an IRTS Officer. By this time you should know by going through the RTI Act, as to what one should do - in case the department does not provide the information within the time period prescribed, or refuse to provide the information.

If only you go through the RTI Act, you will come to know that in such situations you have to prefer an Appeal to the Appellate Authority under the RTI. This available in the website of each of the Departments.

Please take steps accordingly, depending upon the exact fact situation in your case.

You can file an appeal with in the time limit prescribed to get the information. In your department web-site the guide lines for appeal must be available. If not available, go through the RTI Act to file an appeal at the earliest.
