Sell of ancestral property.

My Grand parent want to sell their ancestral agriculture land, but one of my uncle agaist to sell land.

Currantly my gradpa holding land i.e 7/12 is on his name.

So, I suggesst my gradpa sell land to your nearest trusted relative or friend direcly without paper news/ public notice and after that sell land to any other 3rd party or buyer with proper process (including public notice etc.)

Property cannot be sold unless all co-owners agree to it. If he sells without their consent, only his share will pass to the buyers.
