Section 53a tp act

specific performance civil case has been instituted before the hon'ble dist court as we are protected by tp act section 53a.
the respondents are threatening the petitioners regularly.
q1.can we file private complaint against the respondents u/s ipc 447 and 506 .if any ipc sections regarding this issue pls explain sir.
