Sir, when a case is is pending in a court under section 506 IPC, can a case be filed on the same accused by the same complainant in some other court for SOME OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION under section 506 IPC ,which is within the jusrisdiction of the second court.

No, u can't do the same. A person can not be prosecuted twice for same offence

If the cause of action is same it can't be, but if cause of action is another it can be.

mr. Aravind, ThanQ. Yes it is for some other cause of action, the case is to be filed on the same accused, by the same complainant, in some other court, in whose jurisdiction the second cause of action occured. KINDLY GIVE CASE REFERENCES IF ANY FILED IN THE SAME MANNER.
