Dont bother about the personal appearance of the accused.

Watch your case is progressing even in the absence of the accused.

Speedy disposal is needed.

A criminal court has the power to allow the accused to dispense with his personal appearance in the course of trial and allow him to be represented by his lawyer as per the provision made under Section 205 Cr.P.C .But it does not affect the course of trial as the accused will be represented by his lawyer. And if the court thinks that it is necessary to appear personally, he may direct the accused to appear at any stage of the trial.

His lawyer would reply on his behalf. Why you insist for his personal appearance?
