Section 10 Judiscital Serperation

Namaskar to all ! I was married on 2000 & after some time start dispute with my spouse cause of her family members, we decided many times but our Punchayat also not success for short out our problms & she filed case against me & my family of 498/323/406/319/125/DV. after 5 years one relative came at my house for solve the matter & her parents produce an condition of the 1/4 part of my parents property on the name of my spouse, my father was agree & do it, but after 6 month she again goto her home & filed case for property those he had agreement, being time on January 2010 the CJM of Gannaur decided the case in our fevour & we quit from the case, we filed an Sec-10 at our session court panipat those final date on 27 july 10 which are exparte from her side. but the judge of the case not make order on that & dismiss the case with her reply of that " if I decided the case againt her then the male person cheat & destroy the all cases those r running in her distt. court" me & my adovate not satisfy with this & decide to go on High Court Chandigarh & at Session court file an Divorce petition against her now 2 & half year is complete to living separated each other .Please some body give me suggestion about that

You are going in the right direction and have to wait till the trial completes. If you want result prior to that then again you have to go fro compromise with her in which case the terms may not be amicable for you.

1. Agree to wise advise of Sh. Barman.

2. Patience is the key in your briefs.

3. If under your Personal Law if khap compromise as done (attempted to have been done) previously is allowed then only act on such outside court compromise otherwise follow advise of Sh. Barman.

Thanks for your opinion, Now my advocate file the Case against Panipat Session judges judgement at High Court Chandigarh for Apeal. but he is not agry for divorce case against here. As we have Two & half year distance from living together. Now What I do for Divorce or Separation from her.?
