My wife has filed case under 498A in 2007
My case in Allhabad High Court. After changing so many lawyers My father thought to fight the case in person. But the Hon'ble judge said he can fight his case ownly. For rest of the family members there should be a lawyer
I need judgement where the Head of family can fight case on his families behalf. Its urgent. Please help
The tragedy is that the current judge in High Court was in Noida earlier as Session Judge. My case at lower court is in Noida only. We earlier complained him against other party for misusing law. He was not happy from our complaint. Now he is promoted to High Court. It would affect our case

You may better seek, transfer of your case to some other judge in the High Court, by filing an appropriate application before the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the concerned High Court.
The court may not allow your father to contest the matter on behalf of entire family. Kindly go through the Rules adopted by the Allahabad High Court.
It will be better to seek help of some lawyer.

How to apply to Chief Justice. Would it be filed in the form of case or application. Why head of family can't fight case on family's behalf. I have gone through a judgement where a member fighted for his family but I forgot that judgement.
