Sec 14 in sarfaesi act

Respected Sirs.

1. Case is running in drt ( S A is pending ).
Can bank can issue sec 14 notice in sarfaesi act to tenant. ( Tenancy is prior to mortgaged).

2. MM court has issued sec 14 notice under sarfaesi act. Bank can issue the same to tenant after 8 months from the date of issue. Does it have any time limit....?

1.MM court have no power to issue notice
under sec. 14 of sarfaesi act.

2.bank can issue notice of sec.14 of SACT.

3. now it is clear to u and that is why i
asked u to state facts clearly.
