I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE RAJASTHAN SC/ST PROPERTY ACT .

MY QUESTION IS THIS -

"IN RAJASTHAN CAN A HIGH CASTE PERSON PURCHASE A PROPERTY(HOUSE) OF SC/ORST PERSON .IF THERE IS A RULE OF SUCH AS UTTAR PARDESH ????."

i do not know about Rajasthan and about UP which i can tell ,you already know.There are people here from Rajasthan,but one of then one day found it gossip in his comment as one of us could not provide him a local law.
