Saving my property.

Dear Experts,
My wife is fighting with his brother in partition of property. Trail court had given Interim Injunction, and is confirmed by the AP High court.
During my field inquiry and other probings we came across a part of property is under the occupation of third party( Illegally). On application for boundary marking,the AD,land & survey Records demarcated the the boundaries and gave us the Panchanama copy of the same after fixing of boundary stones in the field.My brother is ignorant of this property and not made any efforts; in fact he created some problems to me during the above survey.
After this we approached the MRO for entering my( Wife's) name in the possessor columns, but MRO is not taking any action due to the influence of Third party .The third party claim is this particular land is part of Sy.No:'X', but this proerty is in Sy.No: 'Y' as confirmed by the AD,S& LRs.

Please kindly guide me with the options i have, to save my property.

your wife and her brother have to take legal proceedings for eviction of trespasser
