I have purchased a flat of Rs. 13 lacs and made sale deed on 10.05.2010 on Rs. 100/- bond with notorised. amt paid rs. 5 lacs.
builder asked to make final sale deed once he handed over all the docs for bank loan. this clause is mentioned in sale deed. building is still under construction but flat is ready now. Now he demanded me Rs. 3 lacs more as market escaled which i refused. after 8 days builder gave me notice stating time limit over but ireplied i was and am ready but flat is incomplete and asked BCC. he didn't replied. Later after month, he sent me cancellation letter. i challenged and gave lawyer notice to fulfill the deal. i have also given in the newspaper and alerted public. now bulider has sold this property to other. What will be remody to me , plz advise.

With the available documents, approach a local lawyer and take immediate action. I think you have not handled the matter so far correctly. I do not know who was advising you.

This is cheating. File a police complaint and file a case against the builder.
