ostensible owner is the one which possess all the requisites of ownership but he is not the real owner . that means the property is purchased in the name of other person and the consideration for the property flows from the other person

Now it is abolished through legislation.

bona fide purchaser refers to a purchaser who has purchased the property in good faith and without notice of the defects.
