What is the time limit for registration of sale certificate issued by DRT of auctioned property in registrar office in Uttar Pradesh. And is it necessary to pay the stamp duty and if yes, then what is the time limit

Hello,

Every document has to be registered with sub-registrar within 4 months from the date of execution of the document. You have to pay stamp duty and registration charges on the sale certificate.
