as per sale agreeement with A and me , A puchaser & i am seller. date of exicution of registration 10 Feb-2014 , but A has been not come in the registration office & no any payment done to me on 10th feb-2014. on dated 16 feb A told to me for registration of document on 17 feb but i say that registration date is over, i am not liable for registration after 10 feb & advance muney has forfeited. please suggees to me that i am correct or not

Better Return the amount to be on safer side.

Try to have amicable solution to avoid long litigation.

whether advanced money can be forfeited or not and the registration date can be changed or not all depends upon the provisions of agreement to sale.

Please contact a local lawyer and show him the document.

come on there is only a week delay in making payment . instead of 10th February purchaser was willing to do it on 17th February . if you are willing to spend money on legal fees and long court battle go ahead . it is in your interest to complete the sale formalities .or return the advance payment received
