Professional guidance is necessary while preparation of such agreements, which may affect the interests adversely if the true intentions of the parties are not put forth properly, hence vetting the doc is absolutely necessary by a legal professional. Model 1

I agree with Mr Vishal !
It is true the Sale agreements to be prepared by Advocates and Taxes/capital gains/Accounts /subjects guidance also is required from CA !
