I WANT TO FILE THE RTI CONCERNING COMMON WEALTH GAMES.SO, TELL ME WHERE SHOULD I FILE RTI AND IN WHICH DEPARTMENT.

It depends on what information you seek. Take for example you want information about the traffic arrangements proposed, you will have to approach the Traffic Police; information about water supply may have to be sought from the Metro Water Board..etc. So be specific.
