Rights of accused at the stage of charge

Whether accused has right to produce evidence at the stage of framing of charge ?

yes accused can make a charge hearing for discharge from the siad case at the time of framing of charge and produce the documents to show that the chage bring agianst him can not be framed on the strenghth of the evidence produced by the accused person.

Certainly yes. The accused has that opportunity in all the cases to seek dicharge at the time of framing charges by the court . He can produce the evidence of his choice before the court for the same.

HE CAN MOVE APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE ON THE GROUND THAT NO CASE IS MADE OUT AND PRODUCE EVIDENCES IN THIS REGARD.
