Right to abortion

Sir/Madam,
I would like to know, if a woman after 22nd week of pregnency finds out that the foetus is suffering from a critical heart disease and shall never lead a normal life and she appeals for abortion, shall the honourable court allow her?

The Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act 1971 allows termination of pregnancy only till the 20th week unless there is an imminent danger to the mother's life.Please go through the avobe decision

Going by the current legislation there is no legal way of termination after 20th week. In India we never know what is legal and what is illegal.

Yes i agree with Shine Thomas. But our Union Health minister have laid down some recommendations in some rarest cases.
