sir,
i want to know about revocation of property a husband gifted a property of right to his wife but after retirement he revoked her property in her absence and he left wife and children without providing them domestic help can a wife fight for justice and can she file a case of fraud on her husband

a gifted property can not go back,attach gift to know more.

If the said gift is conditional Gift or if he reserved such right under a Gift, then he can revoke otherwise she has a right to file a case.
