Resignation

(Querist) 19 June 2013 This query is : Resolved 
We r a large housing coop society of west bengal,with 483 members.mu query, is if one of the board of directors submit resignation& is not accepted in B.O.D meeting,is it mandetory for him to resign?because once the resignation is submitted it cant be revoked?

resignation not accepted. Not enforced can be withdrawn before execution.
