Can a private limited company buy residential property on company name.

yes. The private company can also purchase residential property subject to its bye-laws.riven

yes. The company can buy a residential property if it is required for the business of the company like accommodating their employee/s, for use as guest house. A business connection however tenuous, need to be established to hold the property.
