Will 'RESERVATION POLICY' apply in case of single post under Group 'A' Govt service ?

Your query is not complete. You have not specified as to how many times the post has earlier been filled.

Single post does not appear to be subject or reservation initially. However, it depends as to how many times the post has been filled after July 1997. It may fall on horiontal reservation roster meant for cadre with less than 13 posts.
