Whether a case can be filed in consumer form by home buyer if he has made a complaint in RERA?

Yes, it can be filed in Consumer Fora as well as complaint under the provisions of RERA;
Suit for declaration, permanent and mandatory injunction, damages, and mesne profits ; or
Suit for specific performance, damages and mesne profits.
It does not attract the preposition of res judicata.
