Request for issue of summons(defense side)

In a bribery case ,I am one of the accused among the 5 accused in the FIR registered last year.

Now the charge sheet have been filed against only 3 of us (Including me).The other two ,have not been named in the Charge sheet because ACB could not find enough evidence against them.

Now my question is

1. Can i request the court for issuing summons to them as i want them as defence(My side)witnesses.

2.If court permits,what is the evidentiary value of these two persons,considering they were accused in the FIR previously.

Kindly note,the ACB have not listed them as Prosecution witnesses in the chargesheet
