sir,
as per rules and regulations and tenancy Act, i need a fresh leese deed for renting my commercial property for eleven months.
so i request you to submitt a deed for me. I shall be very much thankful to you.

Even if you ask a smoke seller to give you a cigarette,you would need to tell him brand.

It is quite impractical to help you in this regard.

You need to visit a nearby civil law practitioner for this purpose.
