Rented home

sir i have been living in rented home with my family for last 10 years.this home had been taken on rent by other person but now after death of that person one other person is managing this property which was actually of one trust who had given this land to temple. but now this person is threatening us to leave that place but we don't have other choice to stay.

so what can i do in this matter......

you are not the tenant of the property . try to offer increased rent and take rent receipt in your name .

if the trust files suit for eviction against you then ultimately yo will lose the case
