Rent agreement- urgent help

DearSir,
This is with reference to the rent agreement in Chandigarh.
Can there be seperate rent agreements on same flat/same address-
1) for rental of flat- in the name of MR. A
2) for rental of furniture in the flat in the name of Mr. B
If this is done what are the implications?
Kindly help me on urgent basis.

1. Is the rental furnitures for which house already using by A? 2. Whats is the relationship between A and B?

If a and b resides together mean a single rent agreement enough for bind both things.. If they wish to entered in to separate agreements mean no wrong in that. They can entered in to separate agreements..

I suppose if this ok for tax planning. But if this is meant for tax evading than it may turn otherwise.
