we are making residential rent agreement for period of 11 months in haryana , rent agreement is to be made on minimum stamp paper of ₹50 , I had read on reputed website that rent agreement on ₹10 stamp paper is not correct , ₹10 stamp paper is only for affidavits and declarations ?

As per the latest rent control act, even the 11 months rental agreement is to be entered into by a registered document, you may clarify it before executing the same.

@T.Kalaiselvan , it means we have to register rent agreement in court , rent agreement on ₹100 stamp paper is not valid ?
