Rent agreement

(Querist) 28 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Is it required to register a rent agreement which tenure is more than one year? Is it applicable in Delhi? Plz advise.

You can execute Leave and License Agreement or Rent Agreement for 11 months and same can be registered. After, completion of 11 months, you can make fresh L & L or make renewal of it.
