rent act and nature of propery

for haryana rent act any property reffered to under section 13 for eviction of premises.

now is the treatment of all proerties (commercial or residential) same for all subsections of section 13 or is this only applicable for Personal necessity ???

Only in section 13(3) of Haryana Urban (Rent Control and Eviction) Act the words residential appeared. In other cases there was no bar in eviction of a tenant whether the property was commercial or residential. A similar provision existed in Delhi Rent Control Act the virus in the same was successfully challenged before the SC. The provision now applies both to residential as well as commercial properties.
