IF REMOVAL OF SERVICE FOUND TO BE FLAWED OR ILLEGAL.IS THERE ANY CHANCE OF CLAIMING BENEFITS.WITH PERSPECTIVES.? my father a cotton purchaser in cotton corporation of india.

later it meant to be in favour of my father.but enquiry in court tuk part of abt 10 yrs.finnaly it proven to br non-evidential.howcome we can claim any benefits regarding this issue in labour court.?

sir,this case is filed as civil case.result is:as there is no any valid proof or evidence provided.punish the accuse ie my father non-offenceable.cancelled the case filed wit my father,howcome we can appeal this in labour court? sir.
for certain benefits?
