The Kerala CBI court has given summons to me as accuse and I have to appear before them, I heard that the other accused persons (I do not know them ) if they do not appear on that day then there are chances of the judge turning down my bail application. Is it true ?
What are my chances of getting bail on the same day of appearing before the court ?

The chances of a bail application generally does not depend upon the appearance of other accused person unless some extraordinary circumstances prevails. Similarly, the chances of getting bail depends upon the typical facts of each case and without knowing yours it would be unfair for me to predict anything.

As you received the summons appear before the learned court and file a bail petition with the consultations of your lawyer and there is nothing to do with other accused persons, your bail application will be heared in your merit and not depend on the appearence and non appearence of the other accused person. You need not to worry. Follow according to the suggestions of your lawyer.

No. Your bail application would be considered on its merits independently. But the absence of other accused will be taken as ground by the CBI for opposing grant of bail to you.
