Relinquishment deed

A release deed is executed on the basis of a NOC duely signed before notary or FCJM
by sister! is it acceptable legally , does it has the same value as that of a registered document.
does a noc in form of a affidavit is admisable in court of law , do , provide relevant section , sub sec.

No. Such admission is not equivalent to a registered document though it has evidential value to the extent that the sister is intending to relinquish her share but until she appears before registrar or civil court for this purpose.

Release deed has to be executed on a stamp paper of appropriate value and got registered in the office of the sub-registrar.
