Dear Sir's
I am in need of Standard format of Relinquish Deed to be given in case of Parental Property in favor of Brother.Please Also Guide if it is required to be registered.

This is a draft relinquishment deed. It is advisable to seek professional help before executing. Relinquishment deed too attracts stamp duty and requires registration.

The rate of stamp duty is nominal in case of relinquishment in favour of family members.
