My name is Dipali Kumari. I have done my 10 and 12 in Nepali and Graduation from India. I have an Indian Citizenship and am married in India. Am I eligible for the apply of the passport.

The nationality law of India is primarily based on citizenship by right of blood and not citizenship by right of birth within a territory. As you have Indian citizenship and are married in India, you are eligible for a passport.
