Registration of Proprietorship in Delhi

Hi friends,

Please tell me where can i apply for registration of a proprietorship firm and for a partnership firm in delhi. It would be highly appreciable if the procedure is also conveyed breifly.

There is no registration of proprietary concern. Just proprietor has to apply for the VAT No.
In case of partnership firm you will to file an application before the REgistrar of Firms along with copy of the partnership deed.
