Registration of flat

My client booked a flat with his wife. His wife expired before registration of flat. What is the process to register that property. Can my client remove the name of his deceased wife name.

Don't worry generally such sale agreement contained "register to me or on my behalf" so, on behalf of your wife you can registration and that to it is not registered so you can get registration

The flat is yet to be registered, presumably possession is not ready, get it registered in your name alone. Tell the vendor about the sad death of your wife, in writing.
