Dear sir, Please suggest me,

maine ek sal phle ghar liya hai aur jab maine ghar liya tha us samey maine 50rs ke stump paper par usko token mani 35000 rs. diye total ush flat ki kimat 88000 rs hai jiska rest amount uco bank mai loan hai jab mai restery ke liye ja raha tha uske ek din phle ush sellar ki deth ho gyi maine bank wale se bhi bath ki par unhone loan trf ke liye mana kar diya tab ush sellar ke family se bath ki maine to ushke mother father ne mere naam par resitored power auotomy (ghonda) se kra diya kuki mere pass restery ke pese nahi they maine flat ki emi apne a/c se cheque deposite karta hoo ab maine puchna chata hoo in future muje koi preshani to nahi

Dear Mr. Aman,

With out having the title of that property the aforesaid bank how santioned the loan in the name of you, in respect of that property, Please clarify?

Presently you dont have clear title in respect of that property. So you should have to acquired that property through the registered Sale Deed executed by the legal heirs of the said Seller. And already you have power of Attorney executed by the legal heir of the said seller, so you can register that property in the name of yourself with out said sellers.

aap sirf ek power of attorney holder hain. isse aapko us property ke upar koi rights nahi hain. yeh property ab bhi us seller ka hi hain.

agar aapke paas abhi paisa hai to us property to kharid sakthe hain, kyonki, sale agreement mein us seller ke naam ke saath, uske jo bhi vaaris hain, unko bhi include kiya hoga.

agar aap ko woh diye huye paisa vaapas chaahiye tho, aap us seller ke matha aur pitha se baath karke us property ko sell karke aap ke paisa vaapas le sakthe hain.
iske liye aapko yeh bataana hoga ki aap ko kaisa power of attorney diye hain, usme kya likha hai.

Dear, mere pass abhi pese nahi hai aur uske mother and father bhut old hai aur he lives in hissar aur loan bhi abhi uske naam par hai kya power of atoumy dhikhane par ush property par mera koi huk nahi hoga
