Registering of residential land alloted under ashraya yojana

Sir,

Please help me in what are the documents to be verified or collected from the seller in the case of purchase of Residential Land allotted by Karnataka Sarakar under Ashraya Yojana in the year 1992. The Lease period of 20 years is over and the party is willing to sell her property.

ask for inspection of original documents . lease rentals paid on time, any notice issued for violation of terms of lease , whether property tax paid on time for lease hold property etc .

contact a local lawyer .

Ask your seller to provide NOC, from the Authority.
