registered agreement & stamp duty

I have been allotted a flat by gda under installment pay plan.after paying first installment and lease rent,gda is ready to give possession by executing registered agreement.in which full stamp duty has to be paid. i want to know that it is actual registry or additional stamp will be paid later.pl. advise me what is the best way.

You better get it clarified from GDA itself. This is because, we are not aware of the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement/Deed.
