As in one of the matter The Title issued by Bank's Panel advocate.as in the said documents The Sale-Deed executed in favour of Vendor(The Present title Holder) was for open plot.The Completion Certificate is dated 21/03/2007,Devlopment Permission dated 18/01/2006 and The above Sale-Deed is dated 03/05/2007.Looking to such technicalities Bank Advocate raised a query and informed to Bank accordingly and holded the file.Thenafter The Party of the above sale-deed put-up an application to Municipal Corporation as there was a doubt in date of completion hence to rectify that such application submitted and Inwarded.Bank Advocate in a bonafied way put up that application in listing of document and then handed over the file to Bank's executive.Thenafter Loan procedure completed and loan was sanctioned.But due to Dispute Between the Vendor and Proposed Purchaser the sale-deed was not executed.As dispute is for entirely for some other purpose but the proposed purchaser put up before the bank that due to defect in title he wants to cancel the loan.Bank Legal department has not repled anything but has Forfeit the Loan and No Due issued accordingly.meanwhile the proposed purchaser approched one Advocate and Now Threatning that he will take criminal actions against the advocate who had prepared sale-deed and against advocate who issued Title to The Bank and against vendor.The Sale transaction Not Materialized,Loan Forfeitted and Bank has No any issues against their penal advocate.Now in such Scenario what the propsed purchaser can do?pls.guide in detail.

Proposed purchaser wants to have 'Ladoo' in his both hands which is not possible. Either he should have got the solution of minor mistake occurring in the dates and would not have got the loan cancelled and if the same has been done then he should proceed as threatened by him. There is no third way before him.
