I Need to know that whether the special power of attorney from Saudi will be taken in a white paper also or or I Hv to take in stamped papers only .please reply me ,thankyou.

You can execute the SPA on white paper also but it shall be attested by the Public Notary/Indian Embassy or Consulate. After receipt of POA in India the agent shall get it validated by paying the necessary stamp duty.

The special power of attorney executed on a plaint/white sheet duly notarised or attested by an official of the Indian consulate will be sufficient
