Sir,
A 200 Sq. Yds plot was booked by me in year 2011 10,000 rupees per sq.yds and 10,50,000 was paid by me to developer in 2011 and 12,70,000 in 2014 including EDC charge. The coloniser demands from me EDC charges before possession of plot and the same was paid by me. But after signing buyer seller agreement now they are demanding IDC before the possession. The plot is also deep 5-6 feet from the roads developed by coloniser. Sir now i did not want to take plot because the developer is raising his demands day by day. The colony is in punjab jurisdiction the developer had its office in Chandigarh and he closed his office from Chandigarh. On my all cashmemos he marked his address of Chandigarh. Kindly guide me i can cancel my plot at this stage and whether i can move in Hon. Consumer Court of Chandigarh jurisdiction.

Generally such agreement can not be cancelled till all parties agree to it or violation of terms happens and / or cancelled as per terms of agreement.

Sir, on which map they show the plot, they change the map. And the plot is down 5-6 feet to the road.
1. Can i ask them to level the plot before possesion or may i priceed to CC for relief.
2. Whether i can to Chandigarh CC as on my all cash memos of on Chandigarh address.
