Can I get the petition Copy of 125 Cr.P.C even before First Hearing from the Court Staff?

Yes through application for certified copy.

If you appear through your advocate then you would get the copy itself and no need to apply for certified copy.

IN A 125 CR.P.CODE PROCEEDING YOU WILL GET THE COPY ALONG WITH THE NOTICE ITSELF SENT TO YOU. THE TWIST IS YOU CAN GET ANYTHING FROM THE COURT STAFF WITH THE HELP OF BRIBING.

I agree with arvind. even though it is a quasi-civil proceeding,the copies would be served in open court by the magistrate only on the date of hearing. since you require it earlier,you have to follow the advice of Mr.arvind.what Mr.koumarish has suggested is always open to you. that is the fate of the indian judiciary.

GENERALY THE COPY OF THE APPLICATION IS ENCLOSED WITH THE NOTICE ,IN CASE YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE COPY THEN YOU MAY FILE VAKALATNAMA OF YOUR ADVOCATE AND APPEAR IN THE COURT ON ANY DATE EVEN BEFORE THE DATE MENTIONED ON NOTICE BY MAKING AN APPLICATION FOR TAKING THE MATTER ON BOARD .COURT WILL ALLOW YOU AND YOUR LAWYER TO APPEAR AND THE COPY OF SAID APPLICATION WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU IN THE COURT AND YOU HAVE TO SIGN AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SAME ON THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FILED BY THE APPLICANT.

You can go even a step further and insist for exact photocoies of all the documents with the petition filed with the case.

And till it is supplied the case can not proceed further.
